We are very old customers of Airtel. I have also noticed so many times before that Airtel illegally deducted data. Then we submitted complaints after that some times airtel resolved our problems but sometime thry didn’t. Today again morning time at nearabout 4.15 I watched 2 or three youtube videos and little bit surfing .then I switched off my data pack at near about 5.45am .and at nearabout 8 am I only downloaded a nearabout 300 mb movie but when I downloaded the movie I got the msg that I have consumed my 2gb data 100 %.I was shocked .we are regular internet user and we know how much 2gb data is and how much can we use this 2gb data.so after that when I tried to talk to customer care they ignored me .so I dicided to port my number to any other .according to me others are better then airtel this is my personal experience .its morning now don’t know how to spend whole day without internet .this happened not only today yesterday also I spent half day without internet .so plz airtel do it fast take action to port my number as soon as you can
