On 04.12.2019, in the morning when I checked my phone, messages just random in attempt to clean up the memory, I saw that around 40-50 sms were appearing in sent items to some china number in Chinese language which I had no idea about. I have contacted airtel the same morning and have apprised them of the situation. when i spoke to customer care and asked to check the sent messages records, they were unable to. This is really shocking. Airtel may be just making money with this by charging customer hefty amount for these messages.
