Dear All,
I am customer of Airtel for many years. I am really sorry to say the customer service is very worst. And other side customer whatever he paid not getting it back. You have some technical issues in your area network not able to resolve it soon. Due that customer loss his paid service package which he already paid can’t use for time period frame. Finally your company customer service says we can’t do anything about whatever you paid before this is company policy. Why customer should suffer not using his paid package and even getting worst feedback that ” No” we can’t do it anything about it in robtic reply.
Note: Not registering customer voice which I mention it many time while speaking to them all and asking about until now.
