i had bought a dongle in 2014
however, I had stopped using it after 6 months, as internet services were widely available. I had put it in storage, however , after 6 months I stopped that too.
Since 20016, I have been charged a monthly rental, even though I had asked to disconnect it. I have written several times to 121, asking them to settle the matter with a nominal charge, but they keep insisting I pay the full amount of Rs 1786
. This is an example of malpractice by Airtel
