 Sir…I am reaching out to you out of frustration. I have been calling the airtel customer service since almost 20 days now. As it is it takes a lot of time to get through your customer service number and when i get thru the concerned executive disconnects the phone dont know if it is delibrate or not. Now i am reaching out to you in the hope that u would be able to help.
My landline number is 01244981569.
I had purchased additional data last month towards the last week. At the end of the month there was lot of used data left but to my surprise the unused data was not carried forwarded to this month. Can u please look into this at the earliest and have the additional data credited on priority.
Its been more than 20 days since i am following up. Request you to please resolve this for me.
