I’ve brought 2 tyres from amazon for ny car checking my car model with a tyre – car model check filter that was available with amazon’s search option. So amazon search filter said 175/60 r15 will be a fit for my Tata tigor xz petrol, so I brought two products of that dimensions for almost ₹8000 /-, it was a non returnable product. I did not mind it as the amazon search assured me the product will fit my car model. So after delivery when I took it to a tyre shop, it was the tyre mechanic who told me that this product won’t fit my car, the model the car want was r14. On calling the amazon helpline they provided no help with the product even for replacing it with a matching model.
