I received a call from ALTECH NUPAY saying they assist with Credit Checks and Blacklisting.I needed help with that, I have a Legal Cover and I found out that my Legal Cover can assist me with Credit Checks and Blacklist.I cancelled ALTECH NUPAY before they could assist me,they deducted the amount of R1950 I requested for the refund since I cancelled them before they could assist me even today they refuse to refund me.We never had a Verbal Agreement or signing a contract that state that when I cancel them I don’t get my money back.
