Hello team,
I have recharged my D2h for 3 months but still my account is de-activated saying insufficient balance. My attempts to reach you guys through mail id is a useless option. My Attempts:1. Using whatsapp number -no luck 2. Using customer care mail ID -No luck 3. Using nodal office mail id — no response yet.
Its been 14 days now and still no resolution.
