Text of Complaint by Sudharani:

Hi, I’m sudha from West Godavari,I made airtelĀ  recharge of 249 on 11th of April 2021, amount debited from my account but recharge was unsuccessful.either the banker or the airtel customer support team were not responding regarding this I had given a written complaint in the concerned bank and in the airtel customer care centre locally.but till no response and no refund of my money.
