Hello, I have been using Airtel for about two years now and this situation has never arisen before.

My mobile number 85870***** is registered under the name Ajeet Menon.
It’s pack validity and balance was finished on February 13th but the SIM was not in use.
So, this morning, two recharges were made, one of ₹300 and another of ₹200 and the amount has been transacted. But I haven’t received the message of activation.
When I try calling or messaging, it says that the services have been halted please recharge.
I have already recharged the SIM but there’s no response. Please look into it because we can’t keep recharging when it’s not even happening.
