Payzapp complaint no.35014
I have done a mobile recharge of Rs.598/- on 22 July 2020 through payzapp wallet. The payment of Rs.598/- was deducted from my wallet but mobile recharge was not done. Then I called your customer care number and informed the same but their representative told me to wait for 36 hrs. for completing the process. After lapse of 36 hrs. I again called their customer care number, they told me that I will get refund for this transaction. Then I made another recharge for same mobile number and sent the screenshot the transaction to Payzapp team. I waited for refund of my money but till date no refund has been made even after repeated calls and emails.
