I’m unable to claim my ott subscription for Amazon prime. I have changed the billing from advanced rental for 3 months to monthly basis only. It is showing under benefits but when I’m opening Amazon Prime it’s showing to get subscription. I’m able to get Hotstar but not Amazon Prime. Also contacted customer care and was asked to send the mail to get back the subscription. Till now no response from them. Its been 5 days I’ve been contacting through customer service they’re telling the same thing mail again mail again.
