I’ve been facing network issues with Idea Cellular. I’ve raised my first complaint in December 2018, Next in Jan 2019 and a new one recently. They keep saying that they are optimizing the network due to Idea-Vodafone merger. The network keep worsening and without resolving the issue they close the raised issue tickets. The calls keep dropping continuously. People are not able to contact me as it says my phone is out of coverage area or switched Off whenever they try calling me. I am loosing my patience. Frustration and Blood Pressure are increasing due to the service provided by them
