I have paid for 1 year pack of 4G data of Jio network, but they are not providing it. There are very frequent breakdown in the data network, also, the speed is not constantly 4G.
Inspite of several complaints the customer care is not resolving my complaint.
This is happening with many other consumers in my area.
Strict action may please be taken against jio network.
