Text of Complaint by Deewam:

I recently moved to West Bengal from Mumbai and I have been facing Internet unstability. I have called Airtel Customer more than 15 times and I am very dissappointed with Airtel’s service. The first time I called Airtel Customer Care they told me that it might be because of the indoor coverage and when I told them that the Internet connection is poor and unstable even when I am outside they told me that it’s because they are expanding their network in my area so the problem will be there for few days or it might take a few months and I have to ise the internet as it is. And like every other normal human being I was not convinced and the customer care representative transferred my call to a senior supervisor. I spoke with him and he told me that he will definitely help me and told me that he can’t take the complaint but he will take my feedback and work on it. I was convinced on how confident he was on solving my internet issue but sadly my internet connection wasn’t. I hoped and believed that it will be taken care of and waited for another week. I couldn’t work, I didn’t had acces to my emails when I needed so I decided to call the customer care again and went through the same conversation again for the second and the third and rhe fourth and many more. The senior supervisor finally took my complaint and asked me to wait for few days. I have been waiting for more than 3 months now and nothing has changed rather it has gotten worse. I decided to call the customer again a week ago, I spoke with the the customer care representative and she then transferred my call to her senior supervisor as usual and then he told me that he will register my complaint and put it on priority. It has been over 10 days now I still can’t rely on Airtel to have acces of my emails when I need. I have been told to use the i ternet as it is by almost every Airtel customer care representative I spoke with, which is just frustrating for customer.

If this doesn’t gets fixed I will find a different service provider and I am not threatening Airtel, I know it doesn’t matter to you if a single customer decides to leave airtel but whats the point of having a tag of the fastest network in India if your internet speed is as low as 8 kbps?

PS. I am really tired of this.
