Text of Complaint by Suraj Kukreja:

We did not get proper schedule for the whole trip, we waited for 2 hours struggling to find out who would pick us up, scuba diving – made us wait for 4 hours early in the morning and we had to check out from the current hotel and move to another, to avoid unnecessary expense at the hotel for late checkout where we decided not to do the scuba as we were frustrated waiting for 4 hours and very late we wasted half day waiting for them and the other vendor by MMT who was supposed to drop us to other hotel in seminyak was at the hotel by 12noon to drop us. If we would have gone to scuba then we had to manage to go by ourselves to other hotel. They offered me a refund of 3970 for 2 people i felt which was completely unfair. I found out myself where per person scuba was at INR 7500 per person.
It was my honeymoon trip and the hotel they gave us EDEN hotel Kuta was pathetic where we informed our trip advisor as the customer care number given to us was not at all reachable.
have been raising multiple complaints about this to their customer care but they just give reasons they will send email or refund has been processed for 3970 which i never agreed for. I think i should get justice on this for being stranded in a different country for a newly married couple.
