baught ptron earphones from Amazon in Feb 2020 and now they are not working properly. So I claimed for warranty, now ptron service providers are asking me to courier this product from Bharuch to Hyderabad within 4 days so I have to courier it through fast courier agency which is costly. But other earphones companies pickup from your doar and ptron is asking me to courier. I requested them for other options but they didn’t helped me.
