Hello Sir/Mam,

My name is Sakthivel, and I’m taking treatment at the Ambattur branch of Vcare. I spent money approximately 220000 rupees payment in full for Hair growth and Hair Transplant in May 2023.

Based on my requirement Dr Nithya Priya examined my case at the Vcare Ambattur branch, they determined and committed that 3000 hair follicles were sufficient for the Front line and Crown areas and fulfill your requirement.

I provided my consent and moved forward with the HT procedure based on their commitment to fulfill my requirement, and I provided the results of my preoperative medical tests to Vcare Super Specialty Hospital T-nagar and Dr. Nithya Priya. They all agreed and were prepared for the HT operation.

My HT operation date is on 23-July-23, I received a call from Vcare Super specialty hospital T-nagar on July 22, 2023 at 5-30pm. They stated that you are going for HT either Front line correction or Crown area correction based on their evaluation of my photographs. I claimed that Dr. Nithya Priya from the Ambattur branch had agreed to both Crown and Front line correction.

On 23 July, I visited Vcare Super Specialty Hospital in T-Nagar. The doctor there evaluated me and informed me that we couldn’t totally cover my front and crown areas depending on the donor. I explained what the Amabattur branch committed, after which I underwent an HT procedure and completed.

However, my family and I are not happy with your HT operation because they committed one and actual completed as unsatisfied one. I have invested money, endured greater discomfort, and taken time for an HT procedure. An overall 60% of my requirements have been met, which means that the remaining 40% not yet completed, which will lead me to spend again money, painful surgery, and another 1 year to complete the HT procedure.

As a result, I’m asking you to provide me a remedy or compensation. Would you please review this situation and provide me a positive solution.

If you need please take a conference call with me and Vcare team. If not getting any response, I will go for further Escalation.
