Text of Complaint by Divya:

Me and my husband purchased a membership of rs 40000/- of CHIS in Dec 2021, we were told that they have amazing property that are available whenever we will be planning a trip we can avail them. We did plan a trip to Hrishikesh and some more places but the property that we asked them to book for us they denied that they are not associated with it although the same property is listed on their website. We are so disappointed with such behaviour that we don’t want to continue our membership with them and asked them for refund. The same is being denied from their end and even they are asking for more 40k to renew the membership. We don’t want to continue this membership nor we want to renew it. It was total waste of our money. We want our refund.
