Hi,
This is regarding the misbehavior of one your support executive in the Stores. I had visited your stores in AKURDI ,Pune, as my SIM stopped working on 18th may 2020. Is it the customers fault that your services are not working for you. Your people improper services are is causing me inconvenience.
I had called customer care number on 18th May. I received a call back from “08796573456”. He advised me to go to the Stores. I went to stores where this person named “Swapnil Sutar” told me my SIM wont be replaced unless i have a hard copy of your ID.
Was is not supposed to be informed to the customer that while SIM changes you need to have a Hard copy.In this case, should i carry the hard copy, where as it is dangerous in case.
I did had soft copy of the documents in my phone. Was it the customer’s fault ? Even in this pandemic situation you people are not supportive. it is better I don’t use Airtel services. This is very bad behavior.
After that i received a call “09623833210” that from the stores. This is not expected at all. I need a right away action to this.Do contact me on “7972113660”.
