I am using w services for a long time but regret to inform about the lack of network in my locality and also at my office located at Mangadh Chowk, Minibazar varacha, Surat 395006. While making calls most of the time call gets disconnected and the internet barely works.
I being using airtel service for work and have to face a lot of issues making it difficult for me to use internet and calls because of the lack of network. From past 1 year I have made infinite complaints through airtel app, and all my complaints where closed without providing any resolution.

Hereby, I request the respected nodal officer to bring their personal attention to the issue and resolve by improving the quality of services I am being offered, or I might be forced to port to another company for getting a good internet connection and calling quality.
