I have been using Airtel for more than 10 years. I had filed a complaint of network issue in my residence which is in Annanagar East, Chennai. The complaints are being closed without being addressed.
I am unable to speak to any of your customer support executive. Since lock down as I am forced to stay indoors. Due to the network issue I am unable to receive/make calls from my house. I should go to the terrace to make/receive any calls. This is my official number. My customers are unable to reach me due to which my reputation is at stake with them.
I have been receiving bills from Airtel for services which I am unable to use fully. Even after repeated attempts this issue is not being addressed due to which I have withheld the payment of my bills for the last 2 months. I am being charged late payment fees instead of my issue being resolved.
Kindly request you to do the needful to address my issue on priority.
