Hello,
We have been using Airtel broadband connection for more than 4 years now. But, from last 1 year we are facing very low speed, though we pay for 40 mbps speed, we are getting below 20 mbps speed and internet shuts down very frequently. Despite of lodging many complaints to the Airtel service provider, the issue is not resolved yet. The respective Airtel team keeps on saying that the issue will be resolved within a week or so but its been a year now that we are waiting for the issue to be resolved. The team is failed to satisfy our problem and moreover the team is so irresponsible as they keep on closing the tickets without confirming whether the issue is resolved or not. We are really very much dissatisfied with the service we are getting fron Airtel for pretty good amount if package. Kindly do the needful, to get this problem resolved as our office work is getting hampered very frequently due to such a low speed.
