I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration regarding my unresolved service request (SR000030YUPB) for an Jio Fiber internet connection issue that has persisted since 12th March.
Despite daily follow-ups with the customer care team for four days , there has been absolutely no resolution. What is even more unacceptable is the repeated pattern of false assurances—every representative confidently commits that the issue will be resolved “today,” yet nothing has changed for the past five days. This is not just poor service; it reflects a complete lack of accountability and professionalism.
As a customer, I expect basic transparency and timely action. Instead, I have been subjected to misinformation, empty promises, and a complete waste of time and effort. This level of negligence is highly disappointing and unacceptable from a company of their scale.
They are only sending a constant template : For support with your ongoing issue related to your account or services, you can reach out through several convenient channels. You can chat with customer support via the My jio app, WhatsApp at 7000570005, call 1800-896-9999, or email jiofibercare@jio.com.
I have also provided an alternate number to them if they come with a reason my number is not reachable
I expect a definitive resolution and a clear explanation for this prolonged delay from them
