I had made a transaction from Paytm (Clix) to Google Play of amount Rs. 5,000/- dated 23rd Feb 2021(7:40 AM), for which I had received a redeem code. When I tried to access the redeem code it was found to be a used code due to which my amount was stuck and not processed to my required account.
I have lodged a complaint to Paytm customer care on the same dated ‘6th Mar 2021’ with all required details/proof.
Till date the issue has not been resolved and Paytm calls each time and inform they are looking into the issue but not resolved. Every month interest is getting added by Rs.500/- and reached to Rs. 18525.10/- Hence it is shown as due, but the actual fact is stated above.
Kindly help in resolving this as it is affecting my CIBIL Score.
