As per the commercials you guys haven’t been quite upto the mark for the last 2 months.

I raised complaints that the network is terrible in my area and there is still no resolution, the requests get closed without resolution and out of frustration I am now writing this email with the last hope of resolution.

My location is Rajkot to be precise Samruddhi Society, behind aalap green city, Raiya road, Rajkot – 360007.

This area has been facing a lot of continuous network issues. I am a family postpaid plan member and the quality of service being provided to me and my family is unacceptable. I pay 900/- per month for network services and this terrible quality is getting worse day by day.

The buffering is a lot, despite viewing anything at 480p it buffers for 15 seconds and loads the output of just 3 seconds.

You guys say you are the fastest, I don’t expect you to prove it but atleast make sure that the speed is good enough.

People are getting more than 100mbps on smartphones and we get what 500″KbPS”??

Is this what we get using Airtel??

I have attached a screenshot of the latest service request that I raised and trust me this is the final attempt raising concerns.

Next time it’ll be a port out and trust me I have recommended 4 families to use airtel and those 4 connections go away along with that you lose the ” Airtel sahi hai ” recommendation too..

I switched and used airtel for quite sometime and this level of service I have got is the worst I have ever seen.

Even Jio gives better speed I guess.

Please have the network issues resolved ASAP.

I don’t want the hassles of porting out but if this does not resolve my issue I’ll make sure I have enough energy to port out as well as NOT recommend anyone to use airtel.
