I purchased Crompton Geyser (15 Litre) approximately 1.5 years ago. Unfortunately, the geyser’s water tank started leaking, and I raised a complaint in November.
A service engineer visited and confirmed that the water tank is covered under warranty and assured me that it would be exchanged. However, it has been over 45 days, and I have not received any updates. To my shock, I discovered that the service request has been closed without resolution.
I have repeatedly emailed your support team, but I have received no response. This is unacceptable. I rely on your product for daily use, and the leaking tank poses a serious safety hazard. If any accident occurs due to this leakage, Crompton will be held accountable for the consequences.
I demand an immediate update on my service request and a timeline for the replacement of the defective geyser. Failure to address this issue will leave me no choice but to escalate the matter further, including filing a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities.
