I had so many complaints of internet working to airtel. They even started charging me for data pack which they admitted I never activated (hence billed me excess every month). Agents lied and gave managers phone number which was just automated machine. Every time I called to complain about the billing or internet not working they told me to expect call back. No one ever called back or resolved my issue.

Airtel cheats in billing, basic services of data I am paying for do not work, give false information by representatives, and never resolve any complaints lodged. I have been effected monetarily and mentally but such continued grievances.
