I am writing to report an issue regarding an unsolicited loan credit that has been applied to my account. I did not apply for any loan with your company, and I did not authorize this transaction.
Despite my efforts to contact customer care, I have been unable to resolve this matter. I request that you reverse the credited amount immediately, as I am not interested in any loan from NutLoan.
I am concerned about the potential impact this may have on my credit risk and would appreciate your prompt attention to this issue.
