I bought a Samsung refrigerator high end model on 3.07.2020 costing around 80,000.
To my surprise recently I found a crack in the interior of my refrigerator. I called up the customer service and after seeing the crack they informed me that it is unrepairable and manufacturing defect.
So I asked for replacement but they told that they don’t have replacement policy and are willing to pay me 56,000 only . Which means I have to pay again around 35000 to buy a new refrigerator.
I failed to understand where is my fault and why should I have financial losses when the defect is manufacturing defect from the company’s side
