I visited Airtel store in Srinivasanagar and changed from existing plan to Rs.799 plan. I was confirmed by the store manager that the plan is changed and shall be reflected in the next billing.
It has been 2 months since and there is no change. I have spoken to 2 – 3 customer care representatives and they are requesting me to change the plan now and nothing can be done about previous months. I am suprised to hear that they do not even have records my visit.
I would like you to take remedy on the below actions of Airtel
- Misguidance from Airtel customer care.
- Customer care representative disconnecting the call and ensuring the customer suffers with out solution
- Charging more unnecessarily.
