Text of Complaint by Balaji S:

I visited Airtel store in Srinivasanagar and changed from existing plan to Rs.799 plan. I was confirmed by the store manager that the plan is changed and shall be reflected in the next billing.

It has been 2 months since and there is no change. I have spoken to 2 – 3 customer care representatives and they are requesting me to change the plan now and nothing can be done about previous months. I am suprised to hear that they do not even have records my visit.

I would like you to take remedy on the below actions of Airtel

  1. Misguidance from Airtel customer care.
  2. Customer care representative disconnecting the call and ensuring the customer suffers with out solution
  3. Charging more unnecessarily.
