Text of Complaint by PRASHANT:

I have been writing emails to airtel since 11th April 2020 and no one has been responding to my mail for freezing my prepaid plan nor anyone was responding for the disconnection of my account.
My broadband is shut since 21st March 2020 as no one is residing in my house since the lockdown.
I have made a prepaid payment of 5232 of which I have only used the internet service for only 2 months, now team assures me on 5 May that they will disconnect my connection and credit my account with 3000 + 800 (balance amount + one-month waiver as promised by Ajay +91 073031 79732) and then suddenly
1. neither 800 credit on my account
2. and also I was charged for the month of May INR621 for safe custody (request which I never made)
