I had asked Airtel to activate safe custody on 16 June, 2019 for my prime and second family mobiles. The customer services staff Mr. Pandey told me to pay Rs.177 each for both mobile in advance so that he may activate it. After paying Rs.177 and Rs.100 for the secondary phone (as per bill from Airtel). I had confirmed to him the above on after payment, but he did not activate it, but ask me to pay for International Roaming charges, although I had never requested Airtel for it in writing or on the phone.
I request authorities to look into the matter and kindly advise Airtel to provide service professionally and stop harassing its customers. Also arrange to activate safe custody and stop the international roaming which was never requested by me.
