Seriously shame on rbl bank management, supervisors and all the executives.. on 23third November I have redeemed 11000 point on my rbl super card and it’s almost 18 days but I have not received my Amazon e voucher of Rs 2000 I have called the so called bank so many times but every time they give me a time and the reference number .. I made so many complains about the same but rbl bank service is so unprofessional they don’t even follow up with the reference number .. and after the time is finished they give u another reference number .. such pathetic service and unprofessional management.. I don’t want any kind of relationship with rbl bank from now onwards.
