Requested a new Jio Fiber connection in Trichy. Jio manager Vijay (63799 03611/96555 65560) agreed for a site visit at a specified time. But did not turn up at the scheduled time. Waited for 1 hour but not picking up calls anymore. Extremely unprofessional service.
