The delivery team do not even contact us or try to reach the address location but will simply update “Incomplete Address” and “Failed to deliver” in the tracking system. The excuse made by the delivery team on previous 2 occasions was they were short of staff and that was the reason they were not delivering the item and wrongly updating the reason in the system. The items remain in the warehouse until we go and collect them. The current item that is not delivered, the reference number is 90207323802.
