I’ve been contacting them since February to get my Vacuum Cleaner serviced but no help. It’s been 4 months already and all they do is raise a ticket and update the ticket wherever I contact them. They are unable to provide a technician even once despite numerous requests from my end. I’ve never seen such unprofessional and incompetitive company in my entire life. Never buy any Eureka Forbes product. They just know how to sell their products and they don’t have any professional service centers
