Text of Complaint by Muhammad Saad Sattar:

I’m a student of government college university Lahore. I travelled from Lahore to shaher sultan on 8 Nov. 2023.
I’m a patient of viral infection. I need something to buy near by shop at Multan.
They both driver and guard behave with in unprofessional way.i just asked for 5 minutes but they said we have to go. We have no time. We never waited for you.
If you have problem asked file complaint against us .
At Multan bus stayed for 15 minutes.
Both are laying that we are late .
They don’t mercy on a patient.
I need something to eat because of my illness.
Once again I am saying they stay at Multan terminal for 15 minutes but don’t allow me to buy something from nearby shop to eat which is urgent for my life because I am a patient.
