Text of Complaint by Shanth Kumar Katighar:

Hello Team,

This is to bring to your notice that we have a broadband connection with Airtel for about 3 months now. And as per their promise the plan rental was 600RS with Tax’s. However the bill we receive after 2nd month on correct email address was more than 800rs.

The first two months the bill was sent to incorrect email address and the Airtel has confirmed that they did not receive non-deliverable msg which means my boardband usage bill along with itemized details has reached a wrong person who has access to my details.

And we were unable to make the payment due to non re-receipt of bill and personal reasons as had to attain someone death within extended family.

Hence kept receiving calls from customer care who would ask when will we make the payment to which we promised and got two days to make the payment. However we could not make the payment in time and we end of receiving call from one Santosh with contact number (9606083359) from Airtel Chennai who speaks so rudely asking us to listen to him calmly first and shouting and was not willing to transfer the call to his supervisor and hung up on us.

We were hurt and could not visit the Airtel head office ever due to our office timings.

Hence request you to intervene in this mater so that other customers of Airtel would not have to suffer the way we did.
