This mail in reference to face unprofessional behavior from you customer care team (011 – 39020202).
We would inform you that I am not satisfied with the SBI card services, the customer care team is unprofessional and not ready to resolve the issue or not interested to listen to the customer or resolve customer’s issue.
I found a msg on my phone for an unauthorized transaction of amt – 130/- INR. I raised a dispute against that transaction through the SBI app, but after that I started receiving msg for issuing a new card, i don’t know why you are going to reissue the card.
For the same, I called the customer care number emergency dept. but Ms. Riddhi again and again tried to transfer the call to another dept. and try to hang the call, which is very unprofessional. Even on the first call she is not ready to listen at all and on the 2nd call she said in an emergency we are not able to fetch client details and transferred the call to main IVR.
Nobody is interested in resolving the issue or listening to customers.
