I booked my tickets a day before going and tell them repeatedly that I need business class tickets in the morning. But they have such unprofessional staff that they didn’t even bother about Am and PM. They booked the slot for the night time. I came 50 minutes before the arrival time to confirm my tickets and they said we don’t have your any reservations. They had booked it in night. I complained and they said we can’t do anything and the staff member didn’t even bother to reply me and starting dealing other customers. His behavior was so rude and unprofessional. I’m never gonna use Faisal Movers again. I’m facing issues with them. As they are increasing in numbers they are becoming pathetic and very unprofessional.
