Dear Sir/Madam,
I had an Idea number 9891163321 which i requested to port out to Airtel almost 15 days back but still this number is non-operative till now. Since then, I have been calling Airtel customer care daily to activate my abovesaid number as i get all calls on this number at the earliest possible. But everytime, they register my request without giving me any solution to my problem. Moreover, my service request automatically gets closed without even asking for my feedback. I have been facing many issues regarding my other Airtel numbers as well for which i havent got any solution yet. Moreover, i couldnt port the aforementioned number to any other network as the number has to be in activated state.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
