This is to inform you that, i am user of tatasky from last 02 years (subscription ID- 1218370698 and RMN; 7356602815) recently moved from Kochi, Kerala to Faridabad, Delhi/NCR.

From last 02 days i registered around 05 to 06 complaint calls to TATASKY call center regarding my re-installation and nobody has given the appropriate answer and my work orders are cancelled without installation and without my knowledge.

Today after a long discussion with the senior representative, i came to know that first i have to recharge and activate my connection and then only the technician will visit. But after recharging the connection and making connection active i got a message that my complaint of work order is cancelled again.

Persons sitting in the call center wasted my 02 days and connection still not made and now my account is activated and deduction of amount will start on daily basis.

Yesterday the technician has cancelled the work order by giving the statement that “customer denied for re-installation payment” which is completely false and no communication happened between me and Tatasky technician. Today also through Tatasky Chat, Mr. Rohit Sai was telling that there is no policy for disconnection of Tatasky and send me a message that my account is cancelled. Unfortunately that portion i missed to capture but the transcript is attached herewith.

It is my request to please look into the matter as everyday they are giving me work order open status and closing it without my knowledge. My account is activated now and amount is started deducting on daily basis, hope you will do the needful from your end.
