I ordered multiple products using Amazon app, I had great loyalty with your company but not after how I was treated yesterday. The delivery guy was very unprofessional and arrogant. Also all your customer service agents including the manager was not helpful and gave me false information.
If I would have been the owner of the company I would have terminated the employee right the moment I get to know how he spoke to my customer. I am sure you have access to all the call recordings that I had in last 24 hours and how stressed your employees have made me feel all the time. And now it’s feeling like they are doing it on purpose to me. I am now tired and exhausted reaching your pathetic customer service team. Just give me my product or my money back I have 0 expectations from your company going forward and you’ll be losing a good amount of customer base now because I’ll share my experience everywhere possible and all all social media platforms.
