This is to inform on my very bad experience with the Jio Airfiber solution and service.

I took a new connection on 11th December and since day 1 I have internet disconnection issues and speed drops. But mainly I am concerned about internet connectivity because irrespective of day/night it disconnects and it’s for all the devices which are connected i.e, phones, personal laptop, desktops.

Since am not getting resolution from any of the ticket, So I personally visited the Jio office which is in Radhika, ECIL, Hyderabad, Telangana-500056 and spoke to a person over phone call who is head of the office for the particular location Mr.Asad Khan & Contact Number : 6300852463 and did a followup with since since a week but no proper response over the calls so I visited the office for 3rd time and met him personally and when I asked for the update his response was “THE JIO AIRFIBER HAS THIS FREQUENT DISCONNECTION PROBLEMS” and later his 2nd statement was “ASKING TO FORMAT ALL THE DEVICES WHICH ARE CONNECTED” and 3rd statement was “THEY WILL NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND ASKED TO DO WHATEVER I CAN”. So my question to Jio IS THIS HOW DO YOU TREAT THE CUSTOMERS? When this solution is not completely established then what is the purpose of launching it? Also why do you want to penalize the customer’s money and time? I need my amount refunded.
