Text of Complaint by Divya Mishra:

I am a customer of Jio Broadband since two years , I am a Trader and need continuous Internet during working hours and also my wife is on work from home in IT Sector, my child also has school which is also online. Since past three days , there is no internet. After I made several calls to customer support , they told the problem is with the cable in the area which was a lie as all my neighbour’s interenet was working. Today they sent a person who said you will have to take a new connection, he again took 1500 INR and set up the system. After they have gone, in two hours the Internet has again stopped working. Now they are saying the systems are being updated and maybe by tomorrow it will work. This has caused me great financial loss as I had to miss two days of trading and my wife and child had to suffer the same. This is absolutely not the correct way to do business and I believe their license must be suspended or at least some one must be held responsible. I am writing this with the belief that some outcome may come out of it.
