Text of Complaint by Harsh Saxena:

I ordered one EcoLatex Classic Mattress, Taurus Queen Bed and Gingham 2 door Wardrobe from Wakefit Mattress And Furnishing Store, Plot no 1C, Akash Ganga Phase 2, Nawada Shekhan, Pilibhit Bypass Road, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh 243005 store on 1st March. I was told by Alisha (Wakefit store Staff) that products will be delivered in 5 to 7 days to our store and the day it will be delivered to our store, on same day we will send our installation and delivery team to your and get all 3 items delivered and installed. However they delivered in 17 days after multiple follow-ups with Alisha, by making numerous excuses saying bed is still in warehouse, wardrobe has been stuck in between and what not.

Moreover, The day I was ordering the items, they have asked me that I have to pay 50% of delivery and installation charges on the day of delivery, I said yes for that. But on the 17th day, which was the day of delivery, they asked to pay 500 loading and 500 unloading charges extra, I cleared said no because this was not at all discussed when I was buying the stuff.

When products got delivered, I noticed they didn’t even send the mattress. I was vey disappointed, disturbed and frustrated at a same time.
I called them asked why it happened, how can you be so unprofessional and I showed my disappointment as because of this ordered I was on hold for 17 days, I cancelled my plans, my mother’s doctor’s appointment because they were keep promising me that we will deliver next day, that day and so on.

Instead of accepting their mistake they (Alisha, Danish – Wakefit store Staff and Abhishek Yadav – Store Manager) were showing rude attitude to me, was being abusive and was being rigid saying that, ‘yeah we didn’t send, do whatever you want to do, now we won’t send for 2 more days’. they were total disgusting, disrespect me and my family, they were not even apologising.

after sometime they called, and said, they will send the Mattress with public transport which is local public bus, I asked what if, my Mattress get damaged and get teared or get stain, who will take responsibility. they then say, you have to come to our store to replace it. I asked, give me this in written, then they disconnected the call.

I really had very bad experience with Wakefit, I had a lot of trouble, I was disturbed mentally because of their rude, rigid and abusive behaviour, moreover because of them my mother’s health got disturbed too.

The Wakefit store failed to fulfil these commitments, causing prolonged delays, mental harassment, false promises, and extremely unprofessional and abusive behaviour from the store staff.
Due to the continuous delays, false commitments, unprofessional behaviour, and verbal abuse from staff: I experienced mental stress and frustration, My mother’s health was affected as I had to cancel her doctor’s appointment multiple times, My family had to suffer unnecessary inconvenience.

Staff Involved: Ms. Alisha (Store Staff), Mr. Danish (Store Staff), Mr. Abhishek Yadav (Store Manager)
