Dear(s),

Ref: Vodafone Complaint No: 1-126985533079
With reference to the subject matter, I paid my post paid bill through CBQ internet banking online transfer for the amount of QR. 150.00 on 13/10/2020. So far this payment has not been posted in my vodafone account. A dispute has been raised in CBQ as well as a complaint registered in vodafone. I am sending herewith my bank statement showing the paid amount. After being paid one week before also, my connection has been disconnected today and I paid the next bill to reinstate the service. I am totally disappointed with Vodafone Qatar service.
