Hello Sir,
My name is Rahul Nair. I am the only person earning in my family, my mom was diagnosed with Lung Cancer 4th stage before 2 years. As the only child I have all the responsibilities of my home and taking care of all the medications of my parents.
My salary for the month of January has not been released by my previous employer ( Apidel Tech). My position was Recruiter.
While Resigning My Manager – Vikram Gill, told me that salary would be credited on time, i.e- 1FEB. Though Salary did not credit at 1 FEB. Later, on 4th Feb Director of Apidel Tech ( Pradeep Talreja) texted me on WhatsApp stating he wants to meet me for a coffee. We scheduled our meeting for 6th feb in Soul Brew Cafe.
Everything went well, he asked me why did I resigned. And I shared my concern regarding Salary. He told me Rahul Do not worry, It will be credited in 2 to 3 days.
When I followed up with the HR ans Director after 3 days … they told me that they cannot release it as FNF needs to be completed. I told them, you could have told me this on my resignation day, i would have arranged some amount from me either borrowing or taking a loan. I said nothing more, and I waited for 45 days to get complete. At 46th day I gave Director of Apidel (Pradeep Talreja) a Call, he told me Rahul your salary cheque will be released in 2 days. If you want i can write it on a 100rupeess stamp paper. I called HR he told me the same. After 2 days I followed up, they again told me it would take more time. I CALLED THEM UP TODAY MORNING. I JUST ASKED THE HR TO TELL ME A PRECISE DATE WHEN MY SALARY WOULD BE CREDITED / GIVEN BY A CHQUE. HE TOLD ME THAT , HE HAS NO PROMINENT DAY TO TELL ME.
BY THIS DAY I HAVE DONE SEVERAL EMAIL FOLLOWUPS AND CALLS. NO RESPONSE WAS RECEIVED ON EMAIL AND EVEN CALLS WERE NOT PICKED BY MY X EMPLOYER. I TRIED REACHING THEM WITH DIFFERENT NUMBER AND THEN WE WERE USED TO CONNECT.
