I made 3 purchases using Astropay platform to the value of 397 Rupees, on 26 and 30 October. My payments never got to its destination as Astropay simply cancelled my credits without crediting my account or issuing a refund. Despite my many many emails and plea for help, all I get is an automated email acknowledging receipt of my mail, but no resolution to my query.
